On Saturday, March 23rd, Fernandez Jove Group hosted its first Team Building event of 2024. With a focus on the value of human relationships within the company, this day stood out for its family-friendly, sports-oriented, and gastronomic activities.
For Fernandez Jove Group, its employees are its most valuable asset. That’s why small events or outings have been organized outside the workplace for some time now to strengthen bonds among colleagues. This time, in honor of the Holy Year of Liébana, a special Team Building event was organized that included the employees’ families.
The event combined sports, family, and culinary activities to create an atmosphere of camaraderie and fun.
The day began with an exciting hike, known as the Hermitages Route, located in the surroundings of the Santo Toribio de Liebana monastery, offering participants the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of Picos de Europa. The good vibes were palpable with every step of the way, strengthening the bonds among all attendees.
One of the highlights of the day was the meal, where all participants had the opportunity to savor a typical Lebaniego stew. This gastronomic feast not only satisfied palates but also allowed to share anecdotes and unforgettable moments.
The success of this event has motivated us to begin planning the next Team Building, scheduled for June 2024, with the aim of continuing to strengthen bonds and create lasting memories together.
